Hi Rishi, I would like to submit a feature request to expand the filtering capabilities within the Transfers dashboard to help users track client engagement more efficiently. A. Proposed Feature Currently, the existing Filter dropdown menu has All, Shared, Active, and Expired. Please add two new filter statuses: Downloaded Not Downloaded B. How it Should Work "Downloaded" Filter: Selecting this will display only the transfers where the recipient has clicked the link and successfully downloaded the files at least once. "Not Downloaded" Filter: Selecting this will isolate transfers that remain unread or un-downloaded by the recipient. C. Use Case & Pain Points Current Behavior: The existing dashboard filters by time or sharing status (All, Shared, Active, Expired), but it does not let users sort files based on recipient interaction. The Problem: For users handling dozens of daily transfers, manually checking the individual status logs of each transfer to see who has or hasn't grabbed their files is incredibly time-consuming. The Goal: A "Not Downloaded" filter creates a seamless way for users to instantly identify stalled projects. It allows them to quickly pull a list of outstanding transfers and send a gentle follow-up reminder ("nudge") to those specific clients, drastically improving workflow efficiency and follow-up management. Hi Rishi, I have a feature request aimed at improving file management and account cleanup efficiency for users. A. Proposed Feature Please introduce checkboxes for multi-selection and a "Bulk Delete" button within the Transfers dashboard. B. How it Should Work Multi-Selection Checkboxes: Add a checkbox next to each individual transfer row, along with a "Select All" checkbox at the top of the list (similar to the standard user interface in Gmail). Integration with Filters: Users should be able to apply existing filters (e.g., viewing only Expired or Active transfers etc.), click "Select All" to highlight that filtered group, and delete them simultaneously. Confirmation Prompt: To prevent accidental data loss, a quick confirmation pop-up (e.g., "Are you sure you want to delete X selected transfers?") should appear before final execution. C. Use Case & Pain Points Current Behavior: Users must manually delete old or expired transfers one by one. The Problem: For users who send dozens of files daily, the Transfers panel fills up rapidly over weeks and months. Deleting these entries individually is highly tedious, consumes significant time, and creates an inefficient administrative bottleneck. The Goal: A bulk deletion feature will allow high-volume users to clean up their dashboards in seconds, leading to a much cleaner workspace, better file tracking, and a more professional user experience. It would be nice to allow the user to set the default expiration to 1 month, 3 months etc... from 1 week. I want most of my transfers for a month, but always forget to change it.

A user asked : Can we refine the notifications, it is annoying getting so many when users download multiple times. Multiple notifications from the same user (only need to be notified once) There is only a email notifications when a file is downloaded but not when the link is previewed Feedback welcome.

Have a setting in our accounts that let us choose whether the default option is a link or email.

Is there a way to set up a simple portal or view where clients can check which files they've already sent me? I’d like them to be able to log in and see a list of their submitted files, so they don’t need to keep asking for confirmation.

It would be great if Sinosend provided a "secure send" option for PDF documents. This option would do the following: Display the file in an online PDF viewer. Disallow the user from downloading the file. Disable right-click copy functionality in the browser window. Embed a watermark containing the recipient's name and email address, displayed multiple times in large type diagonally across every page of the document. Allow for customization of the watermark to add additional text. The custom watermark input could support placeholders for the recipient's name and email address.

A user asked : Direct download links would be good, users wouldn't need to visit the site/click on a file. But this may only work for single files or zipped files. Multiple files cant be downloaded directly (unless zipped) Feedback welcome.

It would be extremely helpful if Sinosend automatically scanned files for viruses and malware when they are: uploaded through file requests added to account storage imported into the platform This would help prevent unsafe files from entering the account and provide an important security layer for users handling external or sensitive files. Scanning should happen automatically in the background, with a clear status showing whether a file is safe「✔ verified」 or flagged as potentially unsafe「⚠ risk」. In parallel to include immediate email and outgoing webhook alerts when a risk is detected in files uploaded through shared requests. Optional: 「⊘」quarantine / block download for flagged files
