A user asked: Currently tha links generated for both Transfers & Requests are uniquely generated and non editable. Similar to WeTransfer we would like to be able to customize the last part of the slug like /r/myCompany or /d/myCompany. I know that business customers can use their own apex domain name i.e. docs.disney.com/d/<unique link> But we would like to further custom the last part of the UR instead of random unique characters.

A user asked: Can we add Folders/Tagging to our transfers. Upload files for storage without transferring them. Store files in Folder A/Subfolder/Subfolder Similar to Dropbox and One Drive -- How can we differentiate our product from others, how can we make this better then than similar applications?

It would be nice if we could edit the email layouts to customise by adding logos and edit the text especially if the account has custom URLs as this will complete the custom branding. This may help to reduce confusion as to who the sender is.

Add more analytics into: -read time -whom your link was forwarded -engagement, clicks, mouse trails.

Have a setting in our accounts that let us choose whether the default option is a link or email.
