🏷️ Tags are here! 🏷️
Tags, a powerful new way to organize your Transfers and Requests. While folders are great, Tags offer a level of flexibility that traditional folders can't match.
Tags allow you to categorize your data across multiple dimensions. This means you can assign multiple tags per transfer or request.
How it works:
You can now apply multiple tags to any Transfer or File Request. For example, tag a single transfer as both "Prospect" and "Follow-up" to track it across different stages of your pipeline.
Key Highlights:
- Multi-Category: Assign as many tags as you need per item.
- Search & Filter: Instantly pull up all transfers related to a specific project or client tag.
- Flexible Organization: Build a system that evolves with your business, without moving files around.

🌐 Regions 🌐
We are excited to announce the launch of our new multi-region feature! You can now choose where to store your data from the following locations:
- EU (Frankfurt, Germany)
- US (Silicon Valley)
- Dubai (UAE)
- Hong Kong (Asia Pacific)
This is a huge step for us and should significantly improve transfer speeds and help with data residency requirements.
How it works:
Go to your profile and find the Data tab. Select the desired region from the dropdown list. All new transfers and requests will now be stored at this region. Existing transfers will be unaffected.
More regions will be coming soon!

We’re excited to announce the completion of the first phase of background customizations for the download portal, now available for all plans!
Here’s what you can do:
- Choose from 4 predefined banner backgrounds.
- Upload your own banner (up to 2MB).
- Enable or disable the sidebar.
- Enable or disable file previews.
This is just the beginning! Based on your valuable feedback, we’ll continue improving customization options, including features like adding or removing profile or company logos, customizing the footer, and more.

Your uploaded videos can now be previewed by your recipient without downloading them.
Upload your Zoom recordings, photographs, word, excel and PDF documents, all can be previewed before downloading. Let us know how we can improve this feature further!
