Edit the delivery email layouts

It would be nice if we could edit the email layouts to customise by adding logos and edit the text especially if the account has custom URLs as this will complete the custom branding. This may help to reduce confusion as to who the sender is.

Hi everyone,
We've made some changes to the emails sent when you use the Transfer file feature:
No more "via sinosend" branding
: Emails will no longer mention "sinosend" in the subject line or display our logo.
Custom domain support
: If you have a custom domain set up, your file download links will reflect your domain (e.g., docs.yourcompany.com).
Coming Soon:
Branded email headers
: We'll soon be adding your  logo to the email header for a more personalized touch.
Sending from your domain
: We're working on allowing you to send emails from your own domain. However, please note New or unwarmed domains might affect deliverability.
Setting this up requires additional work on our end to ensure smooth operation. We'll soon be inviting a group of users to test sending emails from their domain. This will allow us to further refine the feature before making it available to everyone.
Long-term vision is to to give  even more control over how Transfer file emails looks withing certain limitations.

Rishi U. thanks a lot for this! All is working fine, except this one: Custom domain support: If you have a custom domain set up, your file download links will reflect your domain -> Unfortunately it's still opening the sinosend.com/.... link when clicking the "Download Link" button and also the sinosend website is displayed underneath the "or copy and paste the link below in your browser", instead of the custom domain. Can you please take a look?

Also branded email headers will be greatly appreciated when launched.

Darius D For some reason your account was set to use the default domain in your settings. I toggled it; do you mind to try again (send a new transfer and check that email.) if still have an issue, please send an email support@sinosend.com tks!

Could you comment what you mean about branded headers in the email.

Darius D Ahh; this email for your recipients, also has some branding; if this is what you mean, we will remove that right away!

This email is sent automatically to recipients if they have not downloaded the file within 3 days after being sent out, we find it reminds users to download the file incase they forgotten. --

I can't wait for the personalized version of this full feature, which hopefully will include our own logo and some text changes. That will be really great!

We are going to remove/replace logos and all reference to Sinosend for Pro and Business customers shortly.
