A user asked: When I receive files from "My Requests", can I then use those files to send to someone else.

The current workaround is to download the file and create a new transfer and attach the file. This isn't ideal but is a workaround.

We have clients submit their documents securely through Sinosend. It's terriific. 
Then the next step for is is we have to share the documents with an external organization. We do that securely through Sinosend. It's terrific. 
But, boy, wouldn't it be great if we didn't have to download the files and then re-upload them a second time to share those files as a transfer? Like, just click on a "Share Request as Transfer" button that flipped it straight to the "Transfer" page and allowed us to do the whole setup the same way it does for a "Transfer"? That'd be great.

You can now forward a incoming Request file to a new Transfer. No need to download the file and re-upload again. Give it a try!
