Require email to download
complete

I want to send a link to download files and not have all the downloaders be anonymous - I don't really care WHO actually downloads it from the client side - I just want it to require an actual email (like a contact form) so I can see WHO at their company downloaded it.
This could be a checkbox "require email to download" or "require phone to download" or "require Instagram handle to download" or "require contact form to download".

We've completed "Capture email"
- When creating a new transfer, you can now toggle this option on.
- When the user visits the download portal they will be required to enter an email.
- Once the email is entered, they are taking to the download page
We do need to also add in "Verify email" which would send them a unique code to make sure its not a bogus email. That will come next update.
