Option to select which files are downloaded together

We want to use a request link for a website ordering system uploader. It would be a long-term upload button as one of the steps of the ordering process. It will be used by many clients and for multiple projects.
The current download filtering of name/email address works well for a single project but when over time there are multiple projects from the same client it becomes harder to just download the 'latest files' as the function 'download all' would download all the previous projects files on top of the current project. In this case, could there be an option to only download the latest uploaded files instead of downloading singularly or download all? Alternatively, tick boxes so you can pick which files should be downloaded together.
Maybe the option to delete files would be the answer then it would be like keeping a folder tidy with the latest projects and completed projects could be removed, ready for new ones.
Thank you!

Hi Rishi,
Thanks for your follow up!
Yes you are on the right tracks and both would be ideal <3
For the requests the option to delete individual files would be a great feature as then a longterm request can be kept tidy and not full of completed projects. Files would only be deleted once projects were completed or in the instance a client sent an incorrect file and wanted to replace it, we could then delete from our end and then the client could reupload the correct file again.
I think you made a good point for the Download Portal aswell, the tick box option with the ability for these selections to be zipped and downloaded would be great.
Thank you for your time and considertaion.
Side note, I love the visual customizastion you've added, that makes all the difference, thank you!

Hi,
Sorry its been a while, I am revisiting this thread; Are we both referring to the Download portal i.e. the download page your users see, or the request portal that you only see after all the incoming file requests have been sent to you? or both?
1) Tick boxes for the Download Portal is one solution, Then the user can click "Download" and it would zip only the items checked. The same should be built out for the Requests.
2) We consider each request to be a group of related files that can be sent in from different individuals. For example, Medical reports from Patient xxxx, or Invoices for Wedding. In your case you seem to want the user to download your requests?
Deleting individual files within a request, is doable, but may cause confusion if a user said they sent the file but it was deleted on your side. In this case the entire request should be deleted.
Let me know if I am on the right track and we will iterate from there -- As an aside were hamming down our new "Teams" feature which should be out for Beta testing this month.

Hi, I would suggest creating a new download link for different projects in your case. You can select from the dropdown the latest upload and the download button should only download that selection. -- You can also download individual files.
I will try to make a video to explain how this works soon.

Rishi U. Thank you a video would be very helpful <3
Although thinking about this though your suggesting making a new 'Request' for each upload, this would mean updating the website 'Upload' hyperlink button each time a project is sent in?
What we would like to acheive is an upload button on the order form via our website and the link to not have to constantly be changed.
So the option to keep a 'request' live indefinatly and just clean it up from our dashboard by deleting files once receved on our end.
Do you see what I'm trying to acheive?
Thank you!
