UPDATE 🎉 Beta Teams Feature is Now Live!
We’re thrilled to announce the release of the Beta Teams feature! This has been a major update, requiring significant code rewrites to ensure stable and secure sharing functionality. You can now test it out the next time you log in!
As this is a beta release, we’ll continue making improvements based on your feedback. If you find any bugs, please do comment here.
Here’s everything you need to know about the current features and limitations:
Key Features:
Pro customers (Tier 2): 2 seats (including the admin).
Business customers (Tier 3): 5 seats (including the admin).
Team Management:
Your sign-in account (admin) can add team members.
Currently, no roles or permissions are available (e.g., admin vs. member roles)—this is coming soon!
Invite Process:
Each team member will receive an email invitation.
They must click the link in the email and set up a new password to join.
Unique Emails Required:
Team members must have unique email addresses across our platform.
Team members cannot:
Change the organization name.
Add other team members.
Team members can:
Edit their personal settings (e.g., background, profile name, picture).
Shared Storage:
All team members share the same storage space as the admin.
File Sharing:
Team members can share files within the Transfer window by selecting the team from a dropdown list.
File sharing currently works only for Transfers (support for "Requests" is coming soon).
Transfer Management:
Only the team member who creates a Transfer can delete it.
Known Limitations:
Roles and Permissions: Role-based access control is not available yet but will be added in future updates.
Currently, file sharing is limited to Transfers. Support for Requests is in development.

A user asked if we could have different sending profiles per account. Example: Personal profile, marketing, sales, etc.
- Single user login per account
- Multiple sending profiles all sharing the same storage space
This may be conflicting with another post "Multiple seats per account" -- Looking to your further suggestions.

I don't even use a company email address to register my LTD's, so this don't make any sense: "Currently all outbound emails are sent with a replyTo using your signup email address, but are sent from our domain to ensure deliverability".
Adding different CNAMEs / workspaces within the same login is a must for this kind of app, and registered email should not be taken in account for anything besides account/profile login.
Everything should be separated, not only on the "select email to send". With different workspaces, analytics will be separated, files will be separated, team will be different for each space, etc...
Attached sample of simple UI solution to create and manage different workspaces. Each time we create/enter a new workspace, it's for a different business all over.

Thinking out loud:
- 1 single login (single tennant parent organization i.e. files.mycompany.com)
- When sending a transfer, user can select the replyTo email address i.e. (support@mycompany.com ; sales@mycompany2.com, marketing@xx3.com)
- Currently all outbound emails are sent with a replyTo using your signup email address, but are sent from our domain to ensure deliverability (support@sinosend.com)
Please provide feedback if switching out the custom replyTo is would be suitable to fulfill this task.
