Hi Rishi,
Can this be bumped up for implementation in the next release please.
A. Proposed Feature
Please add a toggle button in the Account Settings that allows users to choose their preferred global default transfer method.
The two global configuration choices would be:
Send by Email (Enabled by default)
Transfer via Link (Disables "Send by email" by default)
B. How it Should Work
Global Default: Whichever option is selected in Account Settings will automatically be applied to the Transfer Settings panel on the upload screen for every new transfer.
Individual Override: Users should still be able to manually toggle between "Send by email" or "Transfer via Link" on the transfer panel to override their global default for specific, one-off transfers.
C. Use Case & Pain Points
Current Behavior: The transfer settings currently default to "Send by email" turned ON. For users who only want to generate a direct download link, they must manually toggle this switch OFF every single time they upload a file.
The Problem: When uploading and transferring multiple files throughout the day, having to repeatedly toggle this button becomes highly cumbersome and introduces unnecessary friction.
The Goal: Many users prefer getting a direct transfer link to share manually with clients via their own messaging channels, rather than having Sinosend generate and send an automated email. A global setting would save time and streamline this workflow significantly.
Attached is a screenshot highlighting the toggle button in question for reference.
Thank you for your time and for continuously working to improve the platform. I look forward to your feedback on this request!

I had messaged support on this as well. The response was a very generic explanation on how to use a link.... so I'd love to see this.
