Subject: A long-awaited update on multi-region data residency!
Hi everyone,
I've got some exciting news to share about a feature many of you have been asking for: multi-region data residency.
For a while now, all your files have been stored in our Hong Kong region, which is great for our users in Asia but has meant slower upload speeds for those further away. I've been personally working to change that, and I'm really happy to announce we're in the final stages of launching three new regions:
- Silicon Valley, US
- Frankfurt, EU
- Dubai, UAE
It's taken us a bit longer than expected to get here, as we wanted to make sure these new servers are just as fast and reliable as our original Hong Kong region. But we're almost there!
We're putting the final touches on everything, and we'd love your thoughts. We'll be doing a small beta test with some of our users very soon. If you'd like to get early access and help us make sure everything is perfect, just reply to this post, otherwise stay tuned!
As for GDPR, this will come shortly after the EU server is launched.
Thanks so much for your patience and for being a part of the Sinosend community.

Based in the Netherlands, I have GDPR in place on my own website.
Would be great, if I can place a hyperlink as referral to my privacy policy on the docs.page and within the email template.
A cookiebot on the docs.page is recommended with only basic cookies analytics. So, only the cookies captured via SinoSend Analytics. No need for marketing, promotional, GA or other paid ads cookies for me. Just like it Nice & Clean & Secure.
One question:
The country of SinoSend file server (incl. files storage) is that outside of EU? Should, I say something about that in my privacy policy?
Please feel free to contact me for any inquiries.
Much appreciated and keep up the good work.
Bless,

As you know it's a requirement for EU Businesses. Please make it a top priority. We thank you for your efforts!
