We need a custom homepage with our logo for our CNAME or at least to be more custom than the current Sinosend homepage which is displayed when accessing docs.customdomain.com

Rishi U. It works fine for me, for branding purposes I guess we still need the custom colors palette or customizing the pages of download. And also if you share a link on whatsapp it does give sinosend branding and says document at work, It should be something else I guess, soemething like X, shared files with you + logo on the image.

OAK VISUALS The customization of the download portal-: indeed that is planned, a few other housekeeping things need to be completed before then, but its surely top priority (as mentioned in another post)
[update] The shared links on Whatsapp/Facebook/Twitter etc, should now NOT show any images, rather it shows the domain link, your name and description of the link that you typed in. You can test it by pasting in the link in your Whatsapp to yourself (wait a few seconds though))
Our goal is to also include a thumbnail image of your profile picture and background image but that will be in a later update)
This is an example shared on WhatsApp:
Note the domain should show your custom domain if you have one.
[Your name] sent you some files.
[Description]
[your custom domain name or sinosend.com](no way to change this)

Hi all, would appreciate if you could test the implementation thus far; to see if the URL fallback to your custom domain site i.e. (docs.customdomain.com) -> your company website www.customdomain.com.
Hence you will need to login to https://sinosend.com/login or your custom domain (docs.custom.com/login) and all copied links and request will work as normal for your custom domain.
Only if your customer visits your the root custom domain; now instead of showing our homepage it should redirect back to your site.
Let me know if this is satisfactory, any further suggestions or edge cases are welcome.

You're right, the custom subdomain shows our main homepage, actually this is by design, but we're looking in to redirecting it to the /login page
As the custom domain is mostly meant for branding your Transfer and Request links which works well, but if the user goes to the URL itself, it shows sinosend.com
ideally where should it point to, A B C?
[B] docs.customdomain.com -> your root domain (www.customdomain.com)
[C] docs.customdomain.com -> blank
[D] something else like a public custom page?

Rishi U. I would say option B is the simplest. Or option D if we can display something nice :)

Darius D That makes sense, will post here when done. I think [d] would work only if we have a public landing page for images/files that you want to display publicly, but we dont have that feature yet!

Rishi U. Hello, Since that feature isn't available yet, I think the most effective and suitable solution, if you go to root domain you have the sign-in in page (with custom simple branding for now) LOGO on top + logins bottom. And when we have that feature of public file we can have a button icon : acces public files, next to the login. SImple and effective I guess
