Create an admin user role that can view/manage all transfers and requests for other users. In case a team member leaves and we need to access their files.

Hi Derek, --- Roles and Permissions are coming next. You're absolutely right.

Currently a workaround as follows: in the event a employee departs, you can access their account by clicking 'forget password' which should send their email a password reset (which as an admin you may have access to). Once reset you can login to their account.
