Ability to Create Folders with Multiple File Requests + Tracking & Nudges for Delivery

I want to be able to create a Folder dedicated to a person I am requesting Files from, but I want there to be clarity on the fact that I'm requesting say 3 files from them for that upload.
So here's the user-case: I'm running a multi-speaker event, I have 20 professionals and need each of them to send me their Talk, Promo Video, Profile Pic - I want to ensure I can keep them organised in their own folders, but also be able to see (without opening each folder) the number of requested files, and how many they've actually sent.
Ideally, I want them to also receive automated 'nudges' to upload their files by a certain pre-determined by me date.

Thank you for sending this valuable feedback. It clearly outlines an important need for users managing multi-person file collection, like with an event.
You've highlighted two key areas we need to improve: visibility into missing files and automated follow-ups.
While we are currently implementing smaller upgrades (like the ability to edit request titles and file size limits), here is how the Requests feature works today to help organize your speakers' submissions:
Automatic Grouping: When a speaker uses the request link, Sinosend automatically organizes their files under their name or email. In your dashboard, this creates a distinct grouping for each person, effectively acting as a separate folder for them.
Single Link: You only need one request link to share with all 20+ speakers.
The core of your request—the defined checklist of required files and automated reminders—is not available yet. We are aligning our development roadmap to incorporate this advanced structured collection model to better support cases like yours.
Thanks again for helping us shape the future of sinosend.com.
